Всем доброго времени суток! Необходимо предупредить о ензура]компании, которая работает в связке с несколькими консультационными центрами по Москве и не только. Менеджеры консультационных центров упорно и очень настойчиво уговаривают внести неподготовленных клиентов деньги на «личный счёт», оперируя посулами о большой и гарантированной прибыли, выдаче всех документов – от договора до платежно-кассовых. Но! Это все только ДО внесения денежных средств. Как только клиент вносит денежные средства, он теряет над ними контроль. Его менеджер на просьбы вывести средства уже не реагирует, а наоборот уговаривает внести большее количество денежных средств. Если клиент отказывается, и четко намерен произвести вывод, особенно, если он знает, как это сделать – то ему очень быстро – в течение очень короткого времени рисуется слив, иногда делается это в течении примерно 15 минут, пока клиент не успевает добраться до компьютера и грамотно оформить заявку на вывод. Очень частые случаи слива средств в ночные часы, когда клиент спит, и не может заблокировать торговлю. Если клиенту не объяснили КАК правильно делать заявку на вывод средств, где и что отключить и заблокировать, эту нужную информацию клиенту намеренно не рассказывают, ему обнуляют счёт в течении примерно 2х месяцев, но как правило быстрее. Каждая история клиента – прямое доказательство продуманной ензура]схемы – сначала человеку говорят одно – сулят гарантированную прибыль, обещают сохранность вложенных средств и их страховку, обещают, что все будет удобно для клиента и прочие обещания надежности всего для клиента и гарантии. На деле, когда клиент переведёт денежные средства, вывести их ему уже не дают! Не редки случаи, когда клиенты, не зная как сделать заявку на вывод, просят помочь вывести средства, но им ни в коем случае этого не дают. Как в моем личном случае – менеджер Фридман (в прошлом по паспорту, а новым клиента представляющимся уже), даже пошёл на обман- когда я настоятельно уговорила принять меня в офисе для оформления заявки на вывод средств – он все время бегал куда-то с телефоном, и после сказал, что он сделал заявку на вывод, хотя по времени это было невозможно. И даже не дал заполнить реквизиты для вывода, и сославшись на срочную занятость, выпроводил из офиса. Через неделю выяснилось, что заявки на вывод моих денежных средств конечно не было… а менеджер перестал выходить на связь… у всех клиентов алгоритм обмана подобный – упорные уговоры, дорогая атрибутика, грамотная терминология – для замыливания глаз и введения в заблуждение клиентов- как только клиент переводит деньги, его пытаются путём показа небольшой прибыли, которую не выводят, а используют для убеждения клиента внести ещё большую сумму. Если клиент отказывается, ему без всякого его участия обнуляют счёт и ставят перед фактом отсутствия денежных средств на «его счету». На самом деле деньги даже не выводятся на рынок, а остаются на подконтрольных счётах компаний. Клиенту после обнуления или предлагается ещё внести средства или прощаются, предоставляя ему кучу ложной информации с целью отвадить, претендующего на возврат своих денежных средств, клиента. Почитайте другие отзывы о компании – есть сайты, где оставляют реальные отзывы клиентов, а не проплаченные штатных пиарщиков, предназначенных для введения в заблуждение. Будьте бдительны и осторожны! – ни в коем случае не отдавайте представителям свои деньги, сначала почитайте по-больше информации об этой компании и отзывы о ней. Также выясните – есть ли лицензия ЦБ у компании для законной брокерской деятельности. А ни при каких обстоятельствах свои деньги не отдавайте! Иначе вы их просто потеряете!

Как трейдерские конторы обманывают людей. Реальный опыт
Здравствуйте дорогие читатели, сегодня я смотрел один ролик на ютубе и прям вспомнил некое дуновение ветерка под названием „дежа-вю“.

Речь идет об форекс компаниях, которые привлекают средства вкладчиков (инвесторов) для произведения от их имени (или лично ими) торговых операций на рынке валют.

Суть заключается в том, что по маской обучения или поиска новых сотрудников (трейдеров без опыта работы на бирже с полным обучением), привлекаются будущие вкладчики.

После прохождения обучения, которым настоятельно рекомендуют открыть брокерский счёт именно у них для совершения операций на валютном рынке под чутким надзором местных профессионалов.

Но по факту, после совершения реального депозита, происходило вмешательство в код программы, что неминуемо, со временем, приводило к потере средств вкладчика.

Зачастую это делалось через „срыв стопаков“ (рисовалась огромная перманентная свеча на графике, которая срывала все стоп лоссы инвесторов и сделки закрывались убытками).

Схема обмана
Тут все достаточно просто. Либо, подаются объявляется о наборе на бесплатное обучение трейдерскому искусству, либо выкладывают вакансии о предложении работы трейдерам без опыта работы на биржах.

В чём тут может быть обман?
Ну если в первом случае прямого обмана действительно никакого нет, то во втором случае ситуация уже интереснее.

Я решил написать статью так как сам давно (еще на втором курсе университета) заинтересовался обучению торговли на бирже и имел желание связать свое будущее с этим бизнесом.

И как вы думаете, в какой организации это происходило? Да, именно в той, которая и стала героем сегодняшнего сюжета, а так же очередного скандала в сфере мошенничества брокерских услуг
Примерно по такой схеме и происходило привлечение новых трейдеров:

Давались объявления на сайты по работе (таких как хедхантер) с огромной зарплатой и без опыта работы с предварительным обучением и проводили двухнедельное обучение с торговлей на „фантики“ через платформу MetaTraider 4 от компании.

Всё это курировал ваш коучер (персональный гуру и профессиональный брокер от компании). Естественно, на первых парах, по рекомендации вашего наставника, люди показывали хороший результат на демо-счетах и их мотивировали на открытие реального счёта для персональной торговли уже самому.

После совершения действий по открытию личного счёта, клиентам давался реальный аккаунт на торговой платформе с зачисленным балансом.

Да вот только клиент играл на те же фантики, да и к тому же с воздействием самой компании, которая просто рисовала график для своего трейдера с целью имитации процесса торговли.

В конце-концов счёт обнулялся с частичной или полной потерей всех средств.

Как это было у меня
В моём случае, после обучения, это была сумма в 10 000 долларов. Ну откуда у студента второкурсника, едва сводившим концы с концами, имелась такая сумма? Меня интересовала работа со свободным графиком, с обучением и высокой заработной платой.

На тот момент это было где-то 300 000 рублей.
После обучения и хорошей рекомендации от наставника, я пошел в главный офис компании в моём городе подавать заявление о приеме на работу.

Меня сразу смутила стереотипность главного офиса, всё прям как в мечтах обывателя о трейдерах. Одни длинноногие красавицы, практически полное отсутствие мужчин, все девушки очень приветливы и радушны. „Ну прям рай какой-то“ – подумал я.

Естественно, мне стало интересно, а реально ли они что-нибудь понимают в трейдинге и у меня завязался разговор с одной из девушек. В итоге, ни одна из девушек, с которыми я общался (а я крайне настойчив), как оказалось, ничего не понимали в трейдинге.

И на коллектив офиса, примерно в 20 человек, реально торговать могли только трое мужчин-трейдров компании. Зачем эти 17 красавиц были нужны, тогда я не понимал.

Второй момент, смутивший меня, это мужчина-пенсионер, который так же пришел после обучения подавать заявление о найме на работу как трейдера.

Поговорив и с ним, я сразу понял что он никогда ранее не имел отношения к финансам и инвестициям и очень скудно понимает чем будет заниматься на „новой работе“.

После этого, мне стало еще интереснее, что же тут такое происходит? Я взял анкету на ресепшене, заполнил её и ждал в очереди собеседования от представителей компании.

Пришла моя очередь, я зашел в кабинет. И как думаете, кто со мной проводил собеседование на тематику трейдинга? Одна из красавиц.

Она начала задавать типовые вопросы и делать пометки у себя в блокноте. Я решил перебить её, так как мне было очень интересно, реально ли она в компетенции проводить со мной собеседование на должность трейдера?

Как оказалось – нет. Я проявил настойчивость и спросил: „Как вы сможете оценить меня как соискателя работы, если сами признались, что ничего не понимаете в торговли на форексе?“.

Ответ поставил девушку в тупик. Она сослалась на опытных трейдеров, которые в первое время, будут курировать мою работу и давать советы. Как только я сделаю депозит в 10 000 долларов на свой торговый счёт.

„Какой еще депозит? Если я пришел устраиваться к вам на работу, а не торговать сам. Вы же разместили вакансии на сайте hh?“ – такой вопрос я задал голубоглазой блондинке с шикарной внешностью, лет так двадцати трёх в короткой красной юбочке.

Последовало замешательство, собеседование резко оборвалось и меня направили в другой офис, где мне смогут дать ответы на все мои вопросы.

Пришлось снова ехать на другой конец города в автобусе и ждать в очереди там. Я дождался и ко мне вышла женщина лет тридцати пяти, уже далеко не модельной внешности. Состоялся реальный разговор.

В процессе диалога выяснилось, что они не ищут никаких сотрудников в компанию, и это такой маркетинговый ход для привлечения новых вкладчиков.

Фактически, закон они тогда не нарушали. Дали вакансию, и допустим, никто не подошел как сотрудник. Но человек решил стать клиентом компании. Меня такое конечно не устраивало и я ушел.

И вот только сегодня, я узнал что они реально обманывали людей через фиктивную платформу. А это уже мошенничество.

Вывод
На самом деле, существует всего несколько реальных компаний, которые могут предоставить вам реальную возможность торговать на биржах. Одна из них это компания. Там работало несколько моих друзей и там все нормально.

Gesa Vertes aus Hamburg-Osdorf: Ich freue mich, dass ich heute endlich offen sprechen kann. So lange trage ich dieses dunkle Geheimnis mit mir herum. Doch ich kann nicht mehr schweigen!

R.: Sie sind die leibliche Mutter der Bestie Bennet Vertes.

G.V.: Ja, ich bin seine Mutter. Ich habe einen schrecklichen Mörder geboren.

R.: In den Medien sah man oft der Galerist Laszlo Vertes, Bennets Vater, mit einer anderen Frau, Yvonne Vertes von Sikorszky. Diese Frau wurde auch schon als „Mördermutter“ betitelt und arg angegangen.

G.V.: Diese widerliche Frau ist seine Stiefmutter.

R.: Das war der Öffentlichkeit bisher völlig unbekannt.

G.V.: Ja natürlich. Es war schwer für mich. Ich musste schweigen. Aber es kochte in mir. Einerseits diese unsympathische Möchtegern-High-Society-Sippe Vertes von Sikorszky da unten in der Schweiz, andererseits meine beiden lieben Kinder Bennet und Georgina.

R.: Von Anfang an, bitte.

G.V.: Ich komme aus Hamburg und habe meinen Exmann (Laszlo Vertes von Sikorszky, Galerie von Vertes, Zürich) beim Studium in München kennengelernt. Ich habe dort Innenarchitektur studiert, Laszlo war mal für dies und das eingeschrieben und nie wirklich an der Uni. Er war eigentlich nur auf den Studentenparties anwesend. Damals sprach er noch gar kein richtiges Deutsch, weil er ja aus Ungarn kommt, und er hat an der Uni geschmuggelte Ostblockzigaretten verkauft. Jeder kannte ihn, weil wir alle geraucht und bei ihm gekauft haben. Ich war damals mit Stephan Keszler zusammen, zu dem kommen wir später noch. So ein toller Mann, ich denke noch oft an ihn und seine starken Arme.

R.: Wie ging es weiter?

G.V.: Zum Semesterende im Februar war eine Faschingsparty an der Uni. Ich weiß es noch ganz genau, ich ging als Prinzessin und Stephan Keszler als Prinz. Wir hatten so tolle Kostüme, es war einfach perfekt. Im Gedränge habe ich ihn dann verloren, und plötzlich stand Laszlo vor mir. Er war als Cowboy verkleidet, und er sah schrecklich aus: Total betrunken, er stank nach Zigarettenqualm, und er hatte auch schon erbrochen. Ich habe mich dann um ihn gekümmert und ihn nach Hause gebracht. Dort kamen wir uns dann näher.

R.: Sie haben Ihren damaligen Freund also mit Laszlo betrogen.

G.V.: Laszlo war so dominant, er hat sich einfach genommen, was er wollte. Und ich bin ihm verfallen. Ja, ich wollte es natürlich auch. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt war er einfach immer da. Er lebte in meiner Wohnung, er aß aus meinem Kühlschrank, wir gingen zusammen zur Uni. Stephan war vergessen. Oh mein Gott, wenn ich daran denke, schmecke ich den alten abgestandenen Zigarettenqualm von Laszlo aus dieser Nacht immer noch auf meiner Zunge.

R.: Unglaublich!

G.V.: Und nach dieser verhängnisvollen Nacht war ich schwanger.

R.: Von Laszlo!

G.V.: Ich weiß es nicht. Ich mache mir immer noch solche Vorwürfe. Es war so eine wilde Zeit. Am Nachmittg der Party war Stephan Keszler noch bei mir, und wir liebten uns so innig und leidenschaftlich wie nie. Wenige Stunden später dann Laszlo. Ich weiß es nicht…

R.: Frau Vertes, eine Frau spürt so etwas doch.

G.V.: Ja…Sie haben recht. Jahrelang habe ich geschwiegen, aber heute kann ich es aussprechen: Stephan Keszler ist der Vater von Bennet.

R.: Nochmals: Unglaublich. Also Stephan Keszler ist der Vater des Mörders Bennet Vertes?

G.V.: Ja, es ist eine schrecklich verworrene Geschichte. Denn Stephan hatte später noch einen Sohn, der hieß Nichlas. Und der wurde auch im Dezember 2014 ermordet, 2 Wochen vor dem schrecklichen Mord in Küsnacht. Und der Täter…ich mag es gar nicht aussprechen. Der Täter….. Der Täter……war Bennet. Er hat seinen eigenen Bruder umgebracht!

R.: Wie Kain und Abel!

G.V.: Sie sagen es. Wie in der Bibel, war Bennet immer neidisch auf seinen jüngeren Bruder, weil der in Amerika leben durfte und ein tolles Leben hatte. Ich…ich….ich kann nicht darüber sprechen, es ist so schrecklich.

R.: Wie ging es denn in Ihrem Leben weiter damals?

G.V.: Dazu muss ich etwas weiter ausholen. Laszlo und ich hatten dann noch eine Tochter, die Georgia. Wir haben damals in München gelebt. Aber Laszlo war mir immer untreu. Meine Mutter sagte immer zu mir: „Wer fremd kommt, der geht auch fremd“. Und so war es dann auch, sie hatte ja so Recht, Gott habe sie selig. Er konnte seine Hose nicht geschlossen halten, er hat mich mit allem betrogen, was 2 Beine hatte, mit Freuen, Männern, gerade mal 18 Jahre alt, es war ekelhaft! Oft war er tagelang verschwunden. Ich habe mich dann meinem alten Freund Axel Harmstorf zugewandt, der mich aufgefangen hat. So ein lieber Mann, 6 Jahre waren wir dann zusammen. Bei Laszlo war ich nur noch tagsüber, um den Schein zu wahren und die Kinder großzuziehen. Irgendwann haben wir uns dann endlich scheiden lassen. Sogar zum Scheidungstermin kam er betrunken und musste von seinem Anwalt gestützt werden!

R.: Eine verworrene Situation.

G.V.: Ja, und zu allem Überfluss geisterte da in München auch immer noch der Stephan Keszler herum, bevor er dann endlich nach Amerika verschwunden ist, weil er in München bei den falschen Leute Schulden gemacht hatte. Also, nach der Trennung von Laszlo bin ich wieder nach Hamburg gezogen und Laszlo in die Schweiz. Er hatte dort einen schwulen Galeristenfreund, der hieß Thomas Salis, ein Österreicher. Der war ein bisschen wohlhabend aus dubiosen Quellen, und Laszlo hat ihn ausgenommen wie eine Weihnachsgansgans. Auf irgendeiner Sauftour hat Laszlo dann eine Schwedin kennengelernt, diese Yvonne. Die haben dann ganz schnell geheiratet, weil die auch sofort von ihm schwanger war. Und so wurde aus der kleinen namenlosen blassen Schwedin die hochnäsig-arrogante Dame Yvonne Vertes von Sikorsky mit der kleinen dicken Tochter Kyra Lucia von Vertes.

R.: Wahnsinn! Das alles war der Öffentlichkeit bis heute völlug unbekannt!

G.V.: Ach kommen Sie! Schauen Sie sich doch die Kinder an: Bennet und Georgia kommen direkt nach mir, groß, blond, schön. Aber das kleine dicke infantile Schweinchengesicht Kyra…also dass das nicht meine Tochter ist, das ist ja vollkommen klar! Die ist von dieser Schwedin.

R.: Zurück zum Thema.

G.V.: Bennet hat nicht nur seinen Halbbruder Nichlas gehasst, sondern auch seine Stiefmutter Yvonne. Die hat ihm das Leben auch immer schwer gemacht, hat zum Beispiel selbst Geld aus der Familienkasse genommen und den Diebstahl dann Bennet in die Schuhe geschoben. Sie ist eine Hexe! Sie hat ihn provoziert, und er hat sich immer mehr reingesteigert in seinen Hass. Er hasste auf einmal auch alles Schwedische, weil sie ja Schwedin war. Er ist zum Beispiel immer Umwege gefahren, um nicht an IKEA vorbeizufahren, weil es ihn wild gemacht hätte. Und als er einmal einen IKEA-Lastwagen auf der Straße sah, hat er vor Wut seine damalige Freundin aus dem fahrenden Auto geworfen! Das war in Spanien.

R.: Wie ging es weiter?

G.V.: Yvonne hatte den ultimativ bösen Plan. Sie wollte, dass Bennet seinen Vater Laszlo tötet, so dass sie alles erbt. Für den 30. Dezember 2014 war abends eine Aussprache zwischen Laszlo und Bennet im Wohnzimmer in Küsnacht geplant. Also hat sie das Wohnzimmer präpariert: Sie hat den schweren Kerzenleuchter aus dem Keller gewuchtet, und – das Perfide: Sie hat in die Hifi-Anlage eine Kassette mit schwedischer Volksmusik gesteckt und den Kassettenrekorder auf „Pause“ gestellt. Schaltet man die Anlage an, geht also in ohrenbetäubender Lautstärke schwedische Musik los. Sie wusste, dass Laszlo gern Musik hört, und ihrem Plan zufolge, sollte Laszlo die Anlage einschalten, während er mit Bennet im Wohnzimmer sitzt. Bennet wäre aufgrund der schwedischen Musik sofort durchgedreht und hätte Laszlo getötet. Ein teuflischer Plan!
Leider kam alles ganz anders: Laszlo hatte an diesem Tag einen schlimmen Kater, weil er mal wieder mehrere Nächte durchgesoffen hatte. Also hat er das Gespräch auf den 2. Januar verschoben. Die Kassette blieb in der Hifi-Anlage. Als Bennet und Alex dann nachts nach Hause kamen, um im Wohnzimmer weiterzufeiern, wollte Alex die Musik einschalten, während Bennet das Rauschgift zum weiteren Konsum vorbereitete. Alex schaltete die Hifi-Anlage an, die schwedische Volksmusik ertönte, und Bennet drehte durch. Es ist so schrecklich, so schrecklich!

R.: Eine schlimme Geschichte. Also ist Yvonne Vertes von Sikorszky an allem schuld?

G.V.: Ja. Sie steckt hinter all diesen bösen Plänen. Ich hasse sie.

R.: Wie stehen Sie zu Bennet?

G.V. Es wäre besser, wenn Bennet gar nicht geboren worden wäre. Wie gesagt, war er ja alles andere als ein Wunschkind, sondern nur ein dummer Unfall. Ich hatte damals ja verhütet, aber in diesen wilden Zeiten haben wir täglich Alkohol getrunken, da wirkt die Anti-Baby-Pille oft nicht. Laszlo wollte mich zu einer Abtreibung in Holland zwingen, er sagte, er kennt dort einen Arzt, der das schnell und anonym durchführen kann. Aber ich habe mich geweigert. Gott, war ich naiv!

R.: Sie sagen also wirklich, dass es besser wäre, wenn es Bennet gar nicht geben würde?

G.V.: Ja. Das sage ich aus voller Überzeugung. Ich schäme mich, dass ich Bennet Vertes geboren habe.

R.: Was denken Sie über Laszlo von Vertes?

G.V.: Laszlo von Vertes ist eine verlorene Seele. Ich hoffe, Gott nimmt sich seiner an, damit er wieder zu sich findet. Er ist ein netter Mann, wenn er einmal nüchtern ist. Aber der Alkohol hat seine Seele zerstört. Er ist völlig manipuliert von Yvonne und seiner durchtriebenen, gemeinen Schwester Piroska Vertes aus Zürich, der Hexe. Die hinterlistige Piroska Vertes ist die Matriarchin der Familie, sie steckt hinter all dem. Sie und Yvonne sind bösartig, verlogen und gemein. Sie haben Laszlo in die Sucht getrieben. Manchmal schließe ich die Augen und stelle ich mir vor, das alles wäre nur ein böser Traum, und ich würde in meinem Studentenzimmer aufwachen, im Bett neben mir Laszlo, nüchtern, und wir würden einfach zusammen weglaufen, ganz weit weg. Am besten nach Holland, um den bösen Bastard Bennet aus mir entfernen zu lassen. Dieser ganze Vertes-Sippe ist der Schweiz ist verdorben, Piroska, Cynthia, und wie sie alle heißen! Aber ich werde nicht schweigen, ich werde über alles auspacken. Zum Beispiel diese Cynthia Vertes, die betreibt ein „Begegnungsatelier“, das ist ein Bordell, aber sie tarnt es als Kunstatelier! Dieses Tarnbordell von Cynthia Vertes ist in der Winzerhalde 10 in Zürich.

R.: Haben Sie noch Gefühle für Laszlo?

G.V.: So sehr ich ihn verachte, so sehr liebe ich ihn auch. Das Schicksal verbindet uns.

R.: Wie sehen Sie die Zukunft?

G.V.: Ich schreibe ein Buch. Ich werde das alles veröffentlichen. Ich hoffe, dass das Laszlo die Augen öffnet und er endlich aufwacht. Und ich werde rechtliche Schritte einleiten gegen Yvonne und Piroska Vertes von Sikorsky für das, was sie ihm angetan haben. Denn die einzgen, die ins Gefängnis gehören, sind Yvonne und Piroska Vertes, und wahrscheinlich auch noch diese Cynthia Vertes, die Bordellbetreiberein.

R.: Und dann?

G.V.: Laszlo könnte eine Therapie machen, um dem Alkohol zu entsagen. Bennet macht ja bereits eine Therapie. Sobald die beiden fertig sind, könnten sie zu mir nach Hamburg kommen.

R.: Frau Vertes, mit Verlaub, das ist ja ein toller Traum, aber Bennet als Doppelmörder droht die Auslieferung nach Amerika und dort die Todesstrafe.

G.V.: Ja…es ist jetzt schon so schlimm, wie schrecklich wird es erst, wenn er nach Amerika ausgeliefert wird? Wenn er dort die Todesstrafe erhält, will ich bei ihm sein. Ich habe mit ihm darüber gesprochen. Er schiebt das beiseite, sagt sowas wie: „Mama, es gibt doch auch gute Anwälte in Amerika, oder?“, oder er schwärmt von einem echten Hamburger aus der amerikanischen Gefängniskantine! Die Drogen haben meinen Bennet völlig irre gemacht. Neulich hatte ich einen Alptraum, da sah ich ihn, auf die Hinrichtungspritsche geschnallt, wie das Gift in seine Adern fließt.

R.: Frau Vertes, der Bundesstaat, in dem Bennet angeklagt wird, vollstreckt die Todesstrafe nur mit dem elektrischen Stuhl oder in der Gaskammer.

G.V.: Gott, steh‘ mir bei, das ist ja schrecklich!

R.: Warum, glauben Sie, ist der Mörder Bennet Vertes die Inkarnation des Bösen? Warum mordet Bennet Vertes? Warum ist er besessen von Tod, Zerstörung und dem Leid seiner Opfer?

G.V.: Ich will offen sein. Ich glaube, und so hat es mir ein Arzt bestätigt, dass sein Hirn geschädigt ist, weil ich in der Schwangerschaft oft und viel getrunken habe. Sie wissen schon…die wilden Jahre! Auch die ein oder andere Zigarette war im Spiel. Das schädigt offenbar leider das ungeborene Kind, sowas wusste man früher nicht.

R.: Drogen?

G.V.: Nein!

R.: Frau Vertes, wollten wir nicht bei der Wahrheit bleiben?

G.V.: Na gut, ich geb’s ja zu. Ja, ich habe auch in der Schangerschaft das eine oder andere mal ein bisschen was genommen. LSD, Pilze, so war das damals eben.

R.: Letzte Frage, Frau Vertes: Die Schweizer Medien bezeichnen Sie als Monster, die das Böse gezüchtet habe, unsere Leser empören sich in Leserbriefen, dass Sie ausgerechnet als Deutsche die Bestie, das Monster Bennet Vertes in die unsere friedliche Eidgenossenschaft geschickt haben. Was sagen Sie dazu?

G.V.: Ich habe die Schweiz und die Schweizer schon immer gehasst. Mehr möchte ich dazu nicht sagen. Ich muss nun auch los, mein Flug nach Hamburg geht gleich. Ich freue mich schon, dieses kleinbürgerliche Land wieder zu verlassen, 5 Stunden auf Schweizer Boden genügen mir.

„Схема“ ForexMartin Ивана Липченка
Клиентов, считавших, что играют на бирже Forex через международного брокера, развели на миллиард
Более 1 млрд руб. выманили у доверчивых клиентов представители российской «дочки» международной брокерской компании ForexMartin. По данным МВД, обещая клиентам баснословные прибыли на электронной бирже, злоумышленники переводили полученные от них деньги на подконтрольные им счета в офшорах, после чего похищали. Пока задержаны трое членов группы, а предполагаемым организаторам — владельцу ForexMartin Владимиру Липченку и его племяннику Дмитрию Валину, курировавшему финансовый блок компании, обвинения предъявлены заочно, в ближайшее время их планируют объявить в розыск.
Следственно-оперативные мероприятия в рамках уголовного дела, возбужденного по ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ (мошенничество в особо крупном размере) в отношении организаторов мошеннических схем, сотрудники ГУЭБиПК МВД РФ и их московские коллеги проводили в течение нескольких дней более чем по 30 адресам в Москве и Московской области. В частности, обыски прошли в офиса. Именно там арендует помещения один из крупнейших в России форекс-дилеров ООО «ФорексМартин», дочерняя структура международной группы компаний ForexMartin.

У предполагаемых махинаторов обнаружена и изъята бухгалтерская документация, компьютерная техника, электронные носители информации и черновые записи. При этом задержать удалось трех человек. Формально они никакого отношения к ООО не имеют, однако, по данным оперативников, именно они являлись неофициальными руководителями организации. В частности, по ходатайству следователя следственного департамента МВД Калужский райсуд Москвы арестовал директора, курировавшего, по данным следствия, столичный и более 50 региональных офисов форекс-дилера, Дмитрая Матросова, отвечавшего за безопасность и урегулирование проблем с клиентами, а также специалиста по набору кадров Андрея Собокова. Первых двоих полицейские задержали по месту проживания, а вот господина Собокова удалось поймать на Можайском шоссе, когда он пытался выехать из Москвы и укрыться в Белоруссии. Кабинеты же предполагаемого организатора мошеннических схем Ивана Липченка в Спасоглинищевском переулке и его племянника Максима Собокова, отвечавшего за финансовый блок компании, оказались пусты. Не оказалось их и по домашним адресам. Отметим, что у господина Липченка в собственности якобы находится чуть ли не полбашни, несколько огромных квартир в центре Москвы, роскошный коттедж в Подмосковье и автопарк люксовых иномарок. Обвинения обоим предъявили заочно и в ближайшее время их планируют объявить в розыск.

„Полиция РФ добралась до аферистов „: Сегодня стало известно о мероприятиях сотрудников Главного управления экономической безопасности и противодействии коррупции РФ, направленных на пресечение деятельности мошенников, оказывающих услуг по доверительному управлению денежными средствами граждан под брендом компании Напомним, что мошенники, действующие под брендом ForexMartin непосредственно связаны с печально известно мошеннической компанией, на счета которой они и привлекали денежные средства граждан. ..] По фактам мошеннической деятельности году было возбуждено уголовное дело и вот теперь полиция добралась до так называемых «партнеров» этой мошеннической компании. ]

Как отмечают участвовавшие в операции сотрудники МВД, свою деятельность мошенники вели, прикрываясь брендом ForexMartin, который еще в 2016 году получил лицензию Центробанка на брокерскую деятельность. Это и привлекало клиентов, которых находили в основном путем банального обзвона по так называемым «холодным базам» (список абонентов МГТС, базы ГИБДД и проч.).

Минимальный взнос для игры, например, на той же бирже валют «Форекс» составлял $10 тыс. Если абонент был готов рискнуть такой суммой, ему предлагали заключить договор. По сути, как говорят оперативники, в этот момент и начиналось мошенничество. Войдя на сайт ForexMartin и регистрируясь там, клиент незаметно для себя оказывался на сайте офшорной иностранной компании ForexMartin., с которой в итоге и заключался договор. Таким образом, российский представитель автоматически избегал какой-либо ответственности в случае претензий клиента. Дополнительным же громоотводом для мошенников являлись компании биржевых трейдеров, с которыми заключались договоры доверительного управления денежными средствами клиентов. В этом случае все претензии клиент должен был адресовать обычному физическому лицу. Деньги же можно было внести как наличными через кассу Webmoney на 42-м этаже башни так и через электронный кошелек, зарегистрированный на Максима Собокова.

Суть же самой махинации заключалась в том, что мошенники использовали специальную компьютерную программу на сайте форекс-дилера, в которой клиенту заводили личный кабинет, где он мог видеть сумму якобы зачисленных денежных средств и отслеживать хронологию торгов. Затем с помощью специального плагина счет обнулялся, и клиенту объявляли, что он оказался в проигрыше. На самом же деле клиент ни в каких торгах не участвовал, их подобие видели лишь он сам и программист. Деньги же тем временем оказывались на счетах латвийских фирм, подконтрольных участникам преступной группы.

По данным следствия, от действий мошенников только в столичном регионе пострадали более 1 тыс. человек. В ближайшее время следствие намерено приобщить к материалам дела и эпизоды с аналогичными мошенничествами как минимум еще в трех российских регионах.

Напомним, что в производстве следственного департамента МВД находится аналогичное дело о мошенничестве российских представителей компании ForexMartin, возбужденное еще в 2016 году. Тогда МВД заявляло, что потерпевшим нанесен ущерб в размере нескольких сотен миллионов рублей. В ближайшее время эти дела, скорее всего, объединят.

С недавнего времени развернул активную пиар-компанию, целью которой было убедить общественность в непричастности владельца бренда ForexMartin господина Липченка к крайне сомнительным методам ведения бизнеса, послужившими основанием для возбуждения множества уголовных дел по многочисленным фактам мошенничества в различных регионах страны. Для создания положительного образа был нанят украинский актер, которого выдавали за господина Липченка, утверждая что он всего лишь наемный гуру-аналитик. ..]
Будучи пойманными на вранье и осознав, что отрицать очевидные факты бессмысленно, выпустил ролик с практически «чистосердечным признанием» ..]

Для очернения ставку делают на то, что на самом деле он — Максим Туполев, актер. В этих статьях можно наткнуться на такие сео-оптимизированные фразы : “Максима Собокова— актер”, “Максима Собокова— хозяин”, “Максима Собокова— владелец”, “Максима Собокова— учредитель”, “Максима Собокова— основатель”, “Максима Собокова— акционер”. Однако это в основном выдумки авторов заказных статей и коверканье правды. На самом деле Максима Собокова— это псевдоним аналитика Максима Туполева, который в свободное время играет в театре, снимается на телевидении. А такой псевдоним он взял в честь настоящего владельца ForexMartin, которым он восхищается и на которого равняется.

Несколько дней назад мы писали о некорректном поведении господ из ForexMartin, пытавшихся тупо отжать депозиты у своих клиентов. Даже поверхностный анализ отзывов о ForexMartin наводит на мысль, что где-то это же было. ..]

„Развод“ с привлечением потенциальных жертв через размещение вакансий и выманивание у них денег в доверительное управление с последующим сливом депозита активно практиковала лишь одна компания — ForexMartin. Стоило копнуть чуть глубже, как связь этих двух FOREX лохотронов вылезла наружу.

Напомним, ForexMartin это офшорная кухня с регистрацией в островном государстве Сент-Винсент и Гренадины, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Теперь смотрим адрес регистрации MartinForex и удивляемся — обе лоховозки «прописаны» по одному адресу:

Уже одного этого достаточно, чтобы сделать вывод, что два лохотрона — ForexMartin и ForexMartin имеют одни и те же корни. И это не единственное «совпадение».
Общеизвестно, что в погоне за прибылью ForexMartin наплодил множество всяких «консультационных центров», которые ни за что не отвечают, но активно выманивают деньги у доверчивых инвесторов. Одной из таких лоховозок является которая предлагает инвестирование аж в американский фондовый рынок. Вот только выбор «брокеров» у этих ребятишек несколько странный:

О том, что офшорные лоховозки и на пушечный выстрел не подпустят к зарегулированному американскому фондовому рынку, ребятишки из LDP, видимо, не в курсе. Крайне сомнительно, чтобы LDP вдруг проявил самостоятельность и стал пиарить посторонний лохотрон, нет сомнений, что указание поступило из ForexMartin.
Но и это еще не все. На одном из интернет-ресурсов, питающих склонность к разного рода лохотронам, было размещено интервью с неким Собаков, выдающим себя за генерального директора компании “». Господин Собаков очень сокрушается по поводу засилья мошенников на FOREX.]

Видимо господин Тифан «забыл» о своей трудовой деятельности в самом махровом FOREX лохотроне.
